We offer several convenient ways for you to sign the contract with us. The first option is through DocuSign, where we’ll send the contract via email for you to electronically sign, and once all parties on the title have completed it, we’ll receive the signed document right away. Alternatively, we can send you a PDF, which you can print, sign, and scan back to us. If additional assistance is needed to help you review or sign the contract, we can help.

While 30 days is the standard time frame for our contracts, we often close in as little as 2 to 3 weeks. Once the inspection period is complete, we promptly deposit the funds into escrow and work to close on the property as quickly as possible.
